


Note: This does not apply to local copies of notes that you’ve made on the Evernote app or website, which are subject to the limitations described in our Terms of Service under “What happens when I delete my account?”. Any remaining data stored with your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days of deleting your account. Note: If you delete or otherwise lose access to any notes stored on Evernote’s servers after opting out of our GDPR-supported privacy policy (read more below), Evernote may not be able to provide those notes later if requested under applicable law.

Clicking this will walk you through a few steps to confirm that you want to close this notebook before it is actually deleted from our servers. To close an individual notebook, click the notebook name and select Close Notebook from the options. Simply click “Close my account” at the bottom of the page. If you decide that Evernote isn’t for you and want to cancel your account, you can do so in My Account.
